it's just another year at school next year.
more homework,more studying,more pressure.

hooray for 2006.
because it's going to end in approximately 8 hours.

this year,as i've mentioned before,could be the most thought-provoking year for me.but there's more to it.i've got to know more friends (a very good thing) and this is my first holiday which i didn't go out with any schoolmates :D
i guess it's the exposure that counts. i guess i can't say it was a VERY GOOD year.but it was still.. a satisfactory and liveable one.
as i turn 14,i'll be a year older,i'd have to learn more new things and all.

one piece of advice to everyone:
always look on the bright side of life,no matter what.
you'll be happier,and so will others (really,i've been through this.so trust me.)
find happiness in the slightest things.

hope 2007'll be a very good year for everyone!

and i think i did something really wrong last night.
i'm sorry for giving you a shock, really.
i still hope everything turns out well, and that my christmas wish can come true.
but again, i know hoping doesn't really help, because you'll never know what'll happen the next minute, the next hour or tomorrow. the future lies ahead of us, and it's just us being so clueless about anything that'll happen. sometimes,it's tiring, torturing, but we still have to go on.
i can "proudly" declare that 2006 is one of the most thought-provoking year of my life ever. in fact, THE most thought-provoking year.

that pretty much rounds up my christmas dinner last night. it was a whole load of food my grandma prepared. sure a pity i didn't have enough stomach-space to even try abit of everything.

God has been good to me this whole week, and i'm thankful for that.
but i've been a naughty girl this christmas. i have been a very naughty girl!
i haven't been doing my quiet time, not even prayers ):
i need to ask for forgiveness definitely.

anyway, i realised i don't know the real reason why we celebrate christmas. my dad screamed at me, well, literally, saying "since when did it state that christmas is Jesus' birth? where in the bible does it say that CHRISTMAS is to commemorate Jesus' birth?" but that's SOSO contradictory! okay, nevermind. it's just to commemorate Jesus i guess. because the bible obviously didn't state that He was born on that day. but all i can be sure about is what i was told in a sermon about a month back about the advent and all. i shan't look too deep into it for now.
anyway, allison got baptised today! good for her :) she has just joined God's army. it's just my ownself now (hahaha:D)i'll just wait after sixteen :)

merry christmas! i'm here to bore you!:D

yesterday, i first met up with shan, huiling & wy at bukit batok, then to dhoby to meet tim & ying. we were at pc bunk for awhile, while waiting for fatt. (yes today is name day. :p many many names)
headed down to somerset next to meet the rest (manda!<3,cheng,travis,ming and weixian:)), jor joined us a little later at cine. well, the highlight of the day was definitely night at the musuem! there was brainless laughter from everyone everywhere in the theatre. amusing show indeed. the lines that everyone couldn't forget: "dumbdumb! give me gumgum!", or something like that. :p and after that, it was starbucks once again! always starbucks. hahaha, sc then joined us later.
enjoyed myself yes. in fact, i enjoyed myself very much. it was just the courage that was missing ):

went to church today:D main service was okay, then the dear bevin was hungry, so we went to search for food :p instead of the wow hall which was where we should be. hahaha, we were late anyway, so we joined in looking so, extraded :p
bevin and i spent the time figuring out the titles of the carols on the piece of paper that was given out at the entrance, and we didn't give up until about 1 plus, and in the end, we still left the paper there. haha, thanks bevin:D was fun definitely :)

sleeping in the tent was a.. new experience for me definitely, and it was pretty cramp the first night, and i woke up at every hour. it wasn't that bad the second.. my tentmates are lovely okay! :D and we definitely got closer to each other.

watching night at the museum with wx,cheng,shan kor,hl jie etc tomorrow at cine. it should be quite a funny show yes? :D

haha, my grandmama just made tang yuan! quite yummy :p

haha, i usually don't post details of the things i do and things that happen but anyway...

yesterday, i earned 40 bucks of my own. the feeling of getting hold on your own, actually your OWN, money is definitely.. quite good. it's when that happens, you know it's time for you to save up, and repay the older generation(s) for raising you up. i learnt quite abit of things over at my mum's office like clearing insurance policies, calculating the premium etc, and err, just did different kind of paperwork to lessen her workload. i didn't really work just for the money luh. i just wanted to help my mum abit. she's always so busy ):
