Exam tip #1: Sleep really early the night before so that you can think clearly on the day itself.
Exam tip #2: Don't study into 8 hours before the exam itself, because whatever you read is stored in the front of the brain, and it is scientifically proven that it takes 8 hours for the information to be permanantly stored at the back of the brain (or something like that :p)
Exam tip #3: Pray through the whole process of studying that you may be doing it the right way, and productive learning is important. Of course, pray before the exam! :D

The book of James is one of the most practical book in the bible. With one verse, I can sum up everything it tells us.

James 2:14 says "What good is it, my brothers, if a man claims to have faith but has no deeds? Can such faith save him?"

It definitely got me thinking. We may say we have all the faith in Him, but sometimes, we don't do what actually is 'right', and what He wants us to do :/ I'm sure I have all the faith in the Lord, but I drift further and further from Him as other things come into place.

Here's something I got from the extreme teens bible/my dad:

Have you ever known anyone who said they wanted to be your friend, but then they didn’t act like a friend? Maybe they talked about you behind your back. Maybe they found another friend and left you behind. Whatever they did, their actions didn’t match their words. When people’s actions don’t match their words, which do we usually believe?
Their actions.
The Book of James is about that kind of concept. It’s about making the faith that you confess with your words match the way you act. James even goes so far as to say that if your actions don’t match your faith, then our faith is worthless.
It’s the truth, what good is it to God or our family or ourselves, or to a world that needs to see a real Christian, if we say a lot of good stuff but don’t live according to it?
James is one of those where-the rubber-meets-the-road kinds of books. It reminds us that we are playing with holy fire when we say we believe. It reminds us that, when we say we believe, we are making a promise that will change everything we do.

Purpose: Authentic faith produces an authentic Christian lifestyle.
