An unrestful spirit won't help pump adrenaline in us, so we should settle in comfortably and get stuff sorted out if there are any. If you happen to break out in tears and realise you're actually worried over the exams yet you don't have the intention to be at the least stressed, what would you do? Ha, I found my answer in banging the piano, reading the Bible, praying, and music.
Hang in there guys, don't overstress yourselves. We don't have 'no choice', in fact, the choice is yours.
